Product overview
A gradient-density polypropylene melt-blown cartridge for liquid process filtration.

Working principle
CM uses graded-density PP fibers to create a depth-filtration path that captures particles through the thickness of the medium.
Construction & flow path
Melt-blown fibers form a cylindrical element. Length, end fittings and seals must fit the housing seat; PP does not imply compatibility with every fluid.
Applications & filtration duty
A candidate for particle prefiltration in process liquids. Define the unwanted particles and the useful constituents that must remain.
Technical parameters
Use these specifications for selection. Materials, dimensions and operating conditions follow the selected model and agreed specification.
Materials & construction
- Filter media
Polypropylene (PP)
- Construction & fabrication
Gradient-density melt-blown structure, denser inside and more open outside, for staged particle capture.
Filtration specifications
- Filtration ratings

Information to prepare for an inquiry
Use this family’s selection priorities to share available operating conditions, equipment information or drawings.
- Provide particle size distribution, loading and normal/peak flow.
- Select the rating around downstream equipment and the service interval.
- Check ends, length and compatibility at operating temperature.
Operation & maintenance
Record clean and in-service differential pressure. Service by the agreed replacement plan; a clean appearance after rinsing does not establish restored performance.
Common operating inputs
- Fluid and major composition
- Target flow and operating pattern
- Operating temperature and pressure
- Contaminant form and target rating
- Material, connection and space constraints
- Maintenance frequency and existing equipment
Discuss this product’s configuration
Share the fluid, operating and installation conditions to review suitable specifications.
Products can be configured around the actual duty. Final specifications follow the quotation, drawing or technical agreement confirmed by both parties.
