Frequently asked questions
01Can selection be made from flow rate alone?
No. Flow is only one starting point. The fluid and composition, contaminants, target rating and basis, temperature, pressure, viscosity, solids loading, connections and installation conditions also need review.
02Can website information be used directly for purchasing?
Use the website to compare product structures and selection considerations. When ordering, match the agreed model, quotation, drawing or technical specification to your operating conditions.
03Are custom requirements supported?
Share the fluid, flow, pressure, temperature, connections and installation drawing. We can discuss element quantity, housing layout, materials and maintenance access for your application.
04Should I email or use WhatsApp or WeChat?
Use WhatsApp or WeChat for quick questions. Email drawings, specifications and detailed requirements. You can also enter the operating details on the contact page and send the prepared message from your mail app.
05How should I choose between a bag filter housing and a cartridge filter housing?
Both are starting directions. Compare contaminant form and loading, rating basis, flow, allowable differential pressure, maintenance and installation conditions before confirming the choice.
06Is a finer filtration rating always better?
Not necessarily. A finer rating can increase restriction and clogging risk in some applications. Select it around the required control target, efficiency basis, fluid and allowable differential pressure.
07How are housing and seal materials selected?
A material name alone is not enough. Review fluid composition and concentration, temperature, pressure, contact time and cleaning requirements, then confirm against compatibility data or engineering review.
08Can high-temperature or high-viscosity liquids be handled?
A specific review is required. Provide the actual temperature, viscosity and its temperature dependence, composition, solids loading, pressure and operating pattern. Housing, element, seal and filtration area must then be checked together.
09How are operating pressure and differential pressure confirmed?
Provide the normal operating pressure, possible maximum pressure and allowable differential pressure separately. Equipment pressure grade, initial pressure drop, and cleaning or replacement limits must be checked against the selected model and approved documents.
10What are common signs of filter blockage?
Possible signs include lower flow, higher inlet pressure or rising differential pressure, but pump, valve or piping changes can cause similar symptoms. Check instruments and operating records before following the approved maintenance procedure.
11How often should filter bags or cartridges be replaced?
There is no universal interval. Use differential pressure, flow, downstream quality, operating time and approved end-of-service criteria rather than a fixed number of days alone.
12Can connection type and inlet/outlet orientation be changed?
This depends on the product family and engineering review. Provide connection size and standard, connection type, flow direction, installation space and piping drawing so available options can be checked.
13What drawings and technical documents can be provided?
After the configuration is confirmed, available outline drawings, connection data, manuals or spare-parts lists can be reviewed against project needs. Document type, revision and delivery timing are subject to order confirmation.
14Can only the bag or cartridge be replaced in existing equipment?
Compatibility can be reviewed first. Provide the legacy model, measured dimensions, end fitting, seal, rating basis, photos or a sample. Direct replacement is not promised without verification.
15How can I receive a more accurate quotation?
Share the full operating conditions, quantity, materials, connections, document requirements and special constraints to reduce follow-up questions. Final price, configuration and lead time are governed by the formal quotation.
16Can the products be used in food, pharmaceutical or clean processes?
First define the contact point, hygiene or cleanliness requirements, cleaning or sterilization method, and required material documentation. Suitability or compliance is not claimed without relevant product data, evidence and engineering review.
